MADISON, Wis. – The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) announced 10 Wisconsin companies will receive a DATCP Buy Local, Buy Wisconsin (BLBW) grant in 2023.
BLBW is a competitive grant program designed to strengthen Wisconsin's agriculture and food industries by helping farms and businesses more efficiently process, market, and distribute locally grown food products. Menopause marks the end of menstrual cycles, and is officially diagnosed after a woman has gone twelve months without a menstrual period. This change is caused by a significant decrease in the production of the hormones estrogen and progesterone. The May 17 event brought the 16 students together to honor their accomplishment. The graduates have completed the basic law enforcement training required to become a law enforcement officer in Wisconsin through Mid-State’s Criminal Justice-Law Enforcement 720 Academy.

YMCA Camp Glacier Hollow is a Summer Camp in Amherst Junction, Wisconsin that offers a variety of traditional Resident Overnight Camps, Day Camps and Adventure Trips for youth ages 7-17. The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is increasing its energy conservation measures with the installation of solar photovoltaic arrays on two academic buildings and upgrades to interior lighting systems in 15 buildings on campus.
The new solar panels on the roofs of the university’s Collins Classroom Center and College of Professional Studies reduce electricity consumption in each building by 21 percent, saving $12,639 annually.
