Jeffrey Saxton Joins Prevail Bank as Chief Retail Officer

STEVENS POINT, Wis. — Prevail Bank has named Jeffrey Saxton as its Chief Retail Officer.

Saxton brings more than 20 years of banking leadership experience overseeing retail banking, mortgage lending, consumer lending, customer experience, and sales strategy. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams, driven sustainable deposit and loan growth, and developed innovative retail strategies focused on strengthening customer relationships.

A graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Saxton is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and passion for developing people.

In his new role, Saxton will oversee the Bank's retail banking strategy, branch network, mortgage banking, and customer experience initiatives. He will focus on expanding customer relationships, enhancing employee development, and supporting Prevail Bank's long-term growth objectives. His primary office will be Prevail Bank – Stevens Point.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanya, and their family. He also enjoys traveling, golfing, and cheering on his favorite Minnesota sports teams.
