L3: Lunch, Learn, Lead
Do some good with your lunch hour. This program is designed to be an intimate roundtable discussion over lunch with area business and community leaders. This is an opportunity for Ignite members to meet area leaders and hear their personal stories while engaging in a conversation about life, community and leadership.
Featured Speaker: Kathryn Jeffers, "Leadership in Every Day Life"
Kathryn Jeffers is a writer and teacher who believes that leadership requires us to find solutions to real-life business and interpersonal challenges. She has been on the program faculty at the University of Wisconsin - School of Business in Executive Education for over two decades. She has a Masters Degree in Communication and is the author of Don’t Kill The Messenger.
Her diverse clients include: IBM, Connecticut Mutual Insurance, IRS, Marshall Erdman,
Duke University Medical Center, Land’s End, Ameritech, Mayo Clinic, TDS Telecom, Colorado Springs Independent, Winnipeg School System, Abbott Laboratories, U.S. Forest Service, Palm Beach Equine Clinic, Briggs and Stratton, Aurora Health Care, Quality Bicycle Products, Mercury Marine, W.W.
