Taking members of different generations, blending them together, asking them to work side by side bring both opportunity and challenges. The opportunity to engage a mix of people and the challenge of dealing with generational differences within an organization will be discussed at this Women in Business. Don’t miss out!
At this Women in Business you will learn…
· What impact does a multi-generational workplace have on the workforce and its design?

· How can each generation be most effectively engaged as individuals and team members.
· Evolving employee expectations and changing cultures.
