There is no cost to attend and a continental breakfast is included.
7:30-8:30 am in the Portage County Business Council Foundation Room
Topic: “Are Mobile Apps Worth the Hype?”
Presented by:
Katy Bailey, Internet Marketing Consultant at the Little Online Agency, LLC
About the Program: Businesses of all shapes and sizes can agree that the digital environment is ever-changing. There is always a "next big thing" that consumes seminars, blog posts and email newsletters.
With the exponential increase of smartphone ownership in recent years, mobile apps have taken center stage, but how do you know if this medium deserves exploring or is just a bandwagon that you should let pass on by?
Key Points of this X-Change:
- Important mobile statistics and how mobile apps work.
- The difference between mobile apps and mobile websites.
- The advantages and disadvantages of developing a mobile app.
- The right questions to ask when determining whether or not a mobile app is right for your business.
