Guest Speaker:
Brenna Bays
2016-2017 Wisconsin FFA President
Topic: "Vision - How We Achieve Success"
About our Presentation: It's commonly stated that, "Life is not about the Destination, but the Journey." Everyone has a goal they want to achieve in life, however the path we take decides if we will achieve our goal and achieve success. Growing Leaders, Building Communities, and Strengthening Agriculture is the "how" to how every FFA member achieves their goals. Throughout the presentation, we will discover how, together, we can achieve success through our mission, just as FFA members across the country have.
About our Speaker: Growing up on her family's third generation dairy farm, Brenna developed a strong love for agriculture and teaching others at a young age. As a high school student, she was very involved in FFA, 4-H and promoting agriculture in her community. After graduating from Adams-Friendship High School in 2015, she was elected to serve as the 2015-2016 State FFA Parliamentarian for the Wisconsin Association of FFA. This past June, she was elected by her teammates to serve as the 2016-2017 Wisconsin FFA President. Throughout her year of service she has traveled many miles across the state promoting the importance of FFA and agricultural education. Brenna is a Sophomore at the University of Wisconsin - Platteville majoring in Agricultural Education. Her Career Goal is to obtain a position as a High School and Middle School agricultural educator near her family farm.
