Special Guest Speaker:
Pamela Jewell-Blenker
Pam will be presenting "If You Were Waiting For a Sign This Is It". We will hear Pam's Top 20 Cliches of what Philanthropy means to her. Recognizing YOUR need to give is the first step - where is YOUR passion - what mark do you want to leave in this life? Getting motivated is the second step to giving. Doing something about it is the third. Show others the way, teach your children well and enjoy a life well lived.
About our Speaker: Pam attended school for Interior Design at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. There, she learned techniques in color design, kitchen layouts, and lighting specifics. Although architecturally designing homes has been the bulk of what she does, her first love is the interior design of any home. Every home should be welcoming to those who live there and reflect the spirit of their lives.
Pam has received recognitions including UW-Stevens Point Housing and Interiors Outstanding Alumnus Award, Golden Sands Home Builders Association Builder of the Year; President's Award; Leadership Award and Outstanding Member. In addition the Wisconsin Builders Association recognized her with the Life Director Award, Rising Star Award and the Hall of Fame Award. Pam is Past President of many organizations including the Portage County Business Council, United Way of Portage County Board, Recycling for Tomorrow, Amherst Area Foundation, Tomorrow River Quilters, Amherst PTO and Founding member of the Tomorrow River Community Theater group.
