About the Program: Would you like to attract new talent to your company? What's the best way to keep your employees?
Hear from our panel of industry leaders in Portage County on what their companies do to attract new employees and the best way to keep these employees. You'll get valuable insight on how these companies attract the right candidates and how they get them to remain with their companies long-term. There will be time for a Q&A with our panel as well as young professionals in attendance.
Find out how Everything Points Here and Ignite Young Professionals can help with these efforts.
Ignite Young Professionals is a program designed to work with the next generation of community leaders who want to make a difference in their community and beyond. The group's top priority is to develop and encourage philanthropic and community involvement activities while providing peer-to-peer networking and professional development opportunities.
Ignite Young Professionals can create connections for people and engage them in activities that help grow roots in our community. As our roots grow so will a network of advocates. This momentum is community and creating this meaningful lasting connection builds a sense of belonging.
Members and their families participate in committees, networking events, volunteer projects, and leadership training opportunities. Members are educated on key community needs as well as initiatives that work to advance the common good as well as their own professional skills.
