BUSINESS X-CHANGE PRESENTATION - WEDNESDAY, July 13, 2022
Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year. Our July X-Change will be held in person at the Portage County Business Council office. Business X-Change allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other.
There is no cost to attend. Coffee and Danish provided.

About the Program: This Business X-Change will outline the basic requirements for creating a Business Continuity /Disaster Recovery Plan for any business. The objective of the program is to create a basic familiarity with Continuity Management objectives and provide initial insight into the need and role of such plans in businesses of all sizes.
Lynn Arnhart will familiarize the audience with ten Continuity Management objectives and outline activities that may be involved with each objective. Attendees will leave with a checklist to assist in Continuity Planning.

About our Presenter:
Dr. Lyn Arnhart has extensive education and experience in management, operations, strategy, planning, and analytics and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional. As a former colonel in the United States Army and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point she served at multiple levels of responsibility before returning to graduate school to study operations research. As an Army officer, operations research analyst, and published author, Lyn is well versed in strategy, planning, and operations, as has led a wide range of projects for the military.
She now works for business and industry in the areas of technology and cybersecurity and maintains an interest in analysis and assessment of marketing, human capital, business analytics, and strategy. Lyn is the owner and CEO of TeamLogic IT in Central Wisconsin, where she is passionate about working with her clients to ensure safe, secure, reliable technology to power their businesses.
What is Business X-Change? Allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other. Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year from 7:30 - 8:30am.
