Jeralyn Stevens, MA, LPC, CCTP, from New Directions Counseling Center will be talking about how we can become more mindful in our everyday life. She will explain the benefits of being mindful, as well as, how to incorporate quick, useful, practical ways to increase mindfulness in our busy lifestyles.
