Description
Versatile, nutritious, and tasty, chicken can be a
powerhouse ingredient for the thoughtful home
cook. But when mistreated, it can also be dry, bland,
and—let’s be honest—boring. In this class, you’ll
learn how to break down a whole chicken into parts
and get ideas for how to use each and every part
of the bird. We’ll teach you our favorite slashing
technique for flavorful, quick-roasting chicken thighs
as well as a weeknight-friendly chicken cutlet that
cooks up quickly without sacrificing flavor and
texture. Come to this class if you’ve been feeling like
your chicken game needs an upgrade.
