NCCT’s Annual Dinner will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2020!
If your travel plans were canceled and you are longing for a much-needed vacation, then you will want to register for our Virtual Annual Dinner this year to hear our special guest speaker Tara Short, founder, and director of Green Edventures!

WHEN: Saturday, October 24th, 2020 from 6:00 PM- 7:45 PM
WHERE: From the comfort of your own home, wherever you are! This event will be held virtually on Zoom with the option to go to two local restaurants to pick up your meal before the Zoom event.
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Treat yourself to a delicious, locally made meal and a night of virtual entertainment on Saturday, October 24th. This year for NCCT’s Annual Dinner Event and Major Fundraiser, we have decided it’s best to go virtual this year and we will feature presentations by our Keynote Speaker Tara Short, as well as our Board President and Executive Director. NCCT staff and volunteers have been working hard to find creative ways to host a fun event for our members that offers a safe and fun experience.
DINNER DESCRIPTION: For dinner, NCCT is collaborating with two amazing local restaurants, Greenwood Hills in Wausau, WI, and Father Fats in Stevens Point, WI. We are so excited for them to provide our NCCT members with a warm and cozy fall dinner option to be available for pickup from 4:00 pm- 6:00 pm before our virtual entertainment begins.
$35/person: This ticket price includes a quality dinner from either Greenwood Hills Restaurant in Wausau or Father Fats Restaurant in Stevens Point and access to our virtual event held via Zoom.
$15/person: Access to our virtual entertainment, which features Introductions and special presentations from our Board President, David James, and Executive Director, Chris Radford. Also featuring this year’s Keynote Speaker, Tara Short.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER DETAILS: Local UWSP Graduate, Tara Short, Founder and Director of Green EDventures, will be our Keynote Speaker this year. Green EDventures is a business founded on connecting people to nature and the environment by taking them all across the planet to have hands-on experiences with new cultures, habitats, wildlife, and more. Her eco-tours make it possible to give you an educational experience on all corners of the earth. Tara is in the business of sustainable Travel. She is coming to talk about some of the most amazing places all around the world and why in her eyes land conservation is such an important tool not only here but all over the world, protecting special places for future generations to visit and explore.
