BUSINESS X-CHANGE PRESENTATION - WEDNESDAY, November 13, 2024 with Expanded Learning Time
Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year. Our November X-Change will be held in person at the Portage County Business Council office. Business X-Change allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other.
There is no cost to attend. Coffee and Danish provided.

During this slightly expanded Business X-Change program, we will navigate through the 8 distinct stages of human development and discover the driving force behind our actions and motivations, providing us with a clear direction for Personal and Organizational growth.

--How human consciousness has evolved over thousands of millennia and how our individual consciousness has mirrored that of this collective evolution.
--Discover in the Spiral the 8 stages/levels of increasingly complex human value systems (levels), which consist of world views, preferences and purposes.
--Learn how through these value systems (levels), groups and cultures structure their societies and individuals integrate within them (ourselves included).
--Experience Wendy's harrowing story of summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro and how that experience is a helpful metaphor in Transcending and Including the value systems (levels) in the Spiral.
About our Presenter:
Wendy Mitch has been studying and integrating Spiral Dynamics into her life for the past 7 years and has presented numerous retreats, workshops and seminars on the topic of Spiral Dynamics. She is certified in the Enneagram Spectrum Method, is a New Ventures West Integral Life Coach, and a Whole Life Coach through Wisdom Ways Life Coaching.
She has her Master's Degree in Servant Leadership from Viterbo University in LaCrosse, WI. Wendy is also a devoted facilitator in the Leadership Portage County program and is the owner of Shifting Perspectives: Coaching and Consulting.
She is a Stevens Point native, currently living in Plover with Rusty Mitch, her husband of 36 years. They have 6 adult children, one son-in-law and their first grandbaby on the way in February.
