BUSINESS X-CHANGE PRESENTATION – March 12, 2025
Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year. Our March X-Change will be held at the Portage County Business Council office, 5501 Vern Holmes Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54482. Business X-Change allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other.
There is no cost to attend. Coffee and Danish provided.

About the Program: Workplace conflicts are not uncommon in today's work environment, however trying to remove the emotions from the actual conflict can get in the way of solving a conflict quickly and effectively for both parties. Learn about a strategy that will help both parties focus on the most critical parts of the conflict by removing emotions and introduce compromising solutions for both parties to solve the conflict and continue moving forward.

About our Presenter:
Jeff Whitrock is an Executive Vice President of PCSBank. He has been in banking and leadership roles for the last 30 years. He has worked with the various Portage County Business Council Leadership Programs for the last 23 years, coaching and teaching leadership styles, effective communication techniques, and is passionate about helping others grow in our community.
