Title: "7 Hidden Ways Your Business is Losing Money -- and How to Get it Back"
Presented by:

Craig Bernstein
Director of Workforce and Professional Development
Mid-State Technical College
About the Program: What if the biggest opportunity to improve your bottom line isn't increasing sales, but uncovering money your business is already losing? Every organization has hidden "profit leaks" -- inefficiencies, wasted time, missed opportunities, and everyday practices that quietly drain productivity and profitability.
In this Business X-Change, participants will discover seven common profit leads that often go unnoticed and learn practical strategies to address them. Through real-world examples, interactive exercises, and a Profit Leak Scorecard, attendees will identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and strengthen their bottom line.
Key Takeaways:
- Uncover hidden profit leaks.
- Calculate the cost of inefficiency.
- Turn everyday improvements into bottom-line results.
- Build a 30-day action plan.
