Description
Join us for this free, community event where we'll learn about the food safety systems that bring food from field to store. Have you ever wondered how food is inspected for safety? We’ll cover the safety processes in agricultural production systems, the processing centers that grade and package food, and the stores you buy food from in this coffee chat. Hear from an expert: Greg Kolodziej, Environmental Health Sanitarian – Advanced - Multiple Products Grader, WI Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
An hour to network and share ideas with local growers and producers, allied industry professionals, and friends of agriculture with something delicious from Colorful Plate Café.
