Description
Develop your strategic mindset and practices to drive professional and organizational success you can measure. In this workshop we will clarify why your organization exists and use an organigraph to uncover how your organization really works; select how to move forward in conquering a decision; improve your innovation, design thinking, and strategy through hands-on simulation; learn from Greg Wright, Executive Director, CREATE Portage County, how he has leveraged a strategic mindset and practice to foster success.
