Join us for a day of celebration, inclusion, and community at Midstate Independent Living Choices' (MILC) very first Disability Pride Festival! Coinciding with MILC's 25th anniversary, and the 35th anniversary of the ADA, this event is all about embracing disability as a natural part of the human experience and spotlighting the talents, businesses, and accomplishments of people with disabilities.
There will be bands and perfomers with disabilities, adapted kayaking and recreation, disabilitity owned and operated vendors and more!
This festival is inspired by the Disability Pride Movement, which works to destigmatize disability and celebrate it as an identity—one that brings strength, innovation, and community.
