Health screening includes blood pressure check, blood sugar, anemia, cholesterol, physical therapy & more. Up to 50 attendees will receive a $10 Kwik Trip card!
Includes resources for mental health, addiction recovery, local food programs, housing, family crisis & more. Kid’s activities provided by Hmong UPLIFT. Plus FREE Covid vaccines and a gift card to everyone receiving a vaccine!
