We’re looking for a Framing Foreman who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors to success and get the job done right. You’ll help our construction company plan and manage all new construction and remodeling projects for homeowners. - Review performance goals and deadlines to ensure the construction process is running on schedule with the project manager’s plan and subcontractors
- Integrate client feedback during the building process and help the construction crew execute change orders
- Discuss project costs with the client and help the project manager plan out the day-to-day building project process
- Follow the project manager’s lead and fulfill other duties as needed to help the team
- Purchase any needed project equipment and supplies and promptly reorder items when the stock gets depleted
- Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Physically capable of using heavy equipment and lifting at least 40 pounds
- In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
- At least 3 years of previous experience in construction
