Strongwood Golf is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on team player to join our crew as a Traveling Installer & Production Worker. If you enjoy working with your hands, traveling to new places, and being part of a team that builds incredible golf simulator environments across the country, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to install golf simulators in residential and commercial spaces nationwide
- Assist with the construction, assembly, and installation of simulator components
- Work in our production shop building custom simulator booths and impact panels
- Support electrical and low-voltage setup (training provided as needed)
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality finished products
- Represent Strongwood Golf professionally on job sites across the U.S.
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team-player mindset with motivation to learn and grow
- Preferred experience in:
- Light construction
- Electrical or low-voltage work
- Production/manufacturing environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and work on your feet throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18–$23/hour (based on experience)
- Additional travel pay increase when on the road out-of-state
