Job description:
Do you take pride in detailed, steady, hands-on work? Do you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems methodically, and creating beautiful, natural spaces? If so, you may be a great fit for our pond and water feature team.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Water Feature Technician to help build and maintain ponds, waterfalls, and natural water features throughout Wisconsin.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with pond and water feature construction
- Perform spring cleanouts, fall shutdowns, and routine maintenance
- Carefully handle pumps, plumbing, liners, rock placement, and filtration systems
- Work methodically to clean, rinse, and restore ponds
- Troubleshoot issues such as leaks, low edges, and flow problems
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and equipment
- Take before/after photos and follow established processes
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, values consistency, and has a strong eye for detail.

Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable working in and around water
- Valid driver’s license
- Some experience with landscaping, construction, ponds, or similar work preferred (but we will train the right person)
