We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant/Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities
- Cashier for our storefront when it is open, to service our customers with top notch service. This is priority number one.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website content.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product listings and ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Skills
- Understanding of how to count money/change for customers
- Ability to service our customers with a smile every time.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns and automation software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing strategies, including Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects effectively.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
