Provide exceptional customer service to bank customers by conducting appropriate transactions and meeting the needs of customers by referring them to appropriate departments in the bank.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide exceptional customer service
Perform various types of transactions to support our customers needs
Make referrals to other departments
Back up the Customer Call Center
Backing up other offices, as needed
Work Schedule
Full-time position - 37 - 40 hours a week
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (varies based on need)
