Job Title: Business Development Manager

Starting Salary: $45,972.49 - $50,569.74 (salary to commensurate with experience)??

What you’ll do:
- Generate new sales opportunities through phone, email, video, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop and follow a structured outreach process (method, cadence, timing).
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns and complete follow-up.
- Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Document activities in Skyforce and assist with forecasting.
- Share market trends and competitive intel from prospect conversations.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to refine skills and prospecting strategies.
- Attend tradeshows as needed for lead generation.
- Build internal relationships and deepen product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in software or technology prospecting.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive writing skills.
- An engaging personality with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, compelling way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with video conferencing tools (e.g., WebEx).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability.
