The Role (why this exists)
We’re strong at opening doors. You’ll turn warm interest into clear commitments by guiding opportunities from qualification to decision in a calm, human way (no pressure tactics).
 
What You’ll Do
  • Build a thoughtful, sustaining pipeline (no spam/scripts) across public sector + hospitality/golf/other.
  • Lead qualification → discovery → proposal → decision; ask for the decision with warmth and clarity.
  • Co-design and present phased/scoped proposals; prevent drift with crisp next steps.
  • Track approvals/procurement and milestones; maintain clean CRM hygiene and weekly updates.
  • In hospitality/golf: identify right-fit properties, refine positioning, and land pilot wins.

  • Polished with hospitality leaders (GMs/ownership).
  • Systematic with follow-through (dates, next steps, CRM).
 
Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years in consultative business development/sales with multi-stakeholder closes.
  • Experience in government/human services and/or hospitality/resorts/golf.
  • Strong proposal/scope/negotiation skills; disciplined follow-up using a simple CRM.
 
How We Sell (and what we don’t)
  • We do: relational, consent-based outreach; clarity over pressure; human pace with proactive momentum.
  • We don’t: spam, manipulate urgency, over-promise, or use aggressive tactics.
 
Success Milestones
  • 30 days: learn the story, stand up a clean pipeline, co-create a closing playbook.
  • 60-90 days: progress late-stage opps; close initial public-sector engagements; seed hospitality pilots.
  • 6–12 months: consistent, values-aligned closing rhythm; referenceable wins in both sectors.
 
Compensation (Fractional)
  • Monthly retainer (~10–15 hrs/week) + closing incentives per signed engagement + milestone bonuses for hospitality/resort lighthouse wins.
