UW-Stevens Point planetarium offering programs this September
Travel the greater universe this September at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Allen F. Blocher Planetarium. Planetarium shows will be offered at 2 p.m. on Sundays in September. BOW program offering recreational shooting workshop
The Wisconsin Becoming an Outdoors - Woman (BOW) program is offering an “Introduction to Archery and Shotguns” workshop on Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Bill Cook Izaak Walton League property just east of Stevens Point. This workshop is a safe and fun course that will introduce participants to recreational shooting with compound bows, crossbows, and shotguns.
