BUSINESS X-CHANGE PRESENTATION – NOVEMBER 12, 2025
Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year. Our November X-Change will be held at the Portage County Business Council office. Business X-Change allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other.
There is no cost to attend. Coffee and Danish will be provided.

About our Presenters:
Craig Bernstein, Director of Workforce & Professional Development
provides strategic direction and leadership to the Workforce and Economic Development Division which focuses on relevant solutions for district employers and community. Craig also serves on the AI Committee at Mid-State, providing guidance as the AI Applied sub-committee chairman. For over 10 years, Craig has worked with organizations to develop customized solutions to meet business demands.
Todd Will, Teaching & Technology Innovation Specialist
supports faculty through training, course design, and technology integration, with a focus on practical applications of emerging tools like artificial intelligence. Over the past three years, Todd has developed and delivered workshops on AI literacy, ethical considerations, and everyday use cases for educators and corporate professionals. He has also contributed to the development of AI training modules and frameworks that help people adopt AI responsibly in their daily workflows. Todd is a certified CliftonStrengths coach and an experienced presenter who is passionate about making technology approachable and useful.
What is Business X-Change? Allows business owners and their employees the opportunity to discuss pertinent topics, learn from local industry leaders and, most importantly, learn from each other. Business X-Change meets regularly throughout the year from 7:30 - 8:30am.
