The Leadership Certificate Program is an opportunity for you to build and strengthen your leadership skills. Throughout these workshops, you will have the opportunity to engage in activities and discussions that will help you discover your leadership values, gather tips on how to build an effective team, as well as strategies for creating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
Creating and Supporting a Constructive Culture:
Successful organizations function with a balance between employee engagement, experience, retention, and culture. Leaders desire to attract and retain talent, support innovative approaches, and implement strategies for growth. This course will explore questions about the ideal culture for your organization, how to identify a toxic culture, what enables a toxic culture, ways leaders can impact culture, and support desired change to achieve the goals of the organization.
