Description
Quite different from traditional leaders who lead from the top down, collaborative leaders take a more open approach by engaging all members of the team to contribute to the organization’s overall success. Collaborative leaders create a community by uniting people around a common goal.
In this workshop, we will focus on the six key behaviors of effective collaborative leaders. Through the Turning Point Collaborative Leadership Self-Assessment, participants will be encouraged to use their private assessment of how frequently they use a collaborative leadership behavior as a basis to identify strengths as well as areas for growth and development.
The six key behaviors of collaborative leaders:
- Assessing the Environment
- Creating Clarity
- Visioning and Mobilizing
- Building Trust
- Sharing Power and Influence
- Developing People
