WOMEN IN BUSINESS LUNCHEON - Thursday, May 1, 2025 - SOLD OUT

Our Women in Business events offer a welcoming space for women in the Central Wisconsin area to network, discuss professional challenges, gain new insights, and enjoy themselves.  Attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch, receive a complimentary swag bag, have a chance to win door prizes, participate in a 50/50 raffle, and connect with like-minded professionals. The event is open to the public.

About Rikki's Presentation: Authentic leadership is the key to building trust, making ethical decisions, and leading with confidence. Together, we will explore the four components of Authentic Leadership and how they empower women to lead with integrity. Through real-world examples and practical insights, attendees will gain tools to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and make decisions that reflect their core values--whether in business, leadership, or the community.

About our Speaker: Rikki Harry is the CEO of LEAP Nonprofit Consulting and a doctoral student at Viterbo University, researching Authentic Leadership and ethical decision-make in nonprofit organizations. A seasoned fundraiser, board member, and volunteer, she has worked with nonprofits of all sizes--from grassroots organizations to multi-billion-dollar institutions--helping leaders navigate challenges, build strong relationships, and make ethical, strategic decisions. Though she and her husband, John, aren't native to Central Wisconsin, they love calling Portage County home and sharing it with their many pets. In her free time, Rikki enjoys hosting friends, kayaking local rivers, and curling up by the fireplace with a good book.
 
Delicious Lunch - Raspberry Chicken Salad (Mixed Greens, Grilled Chicken, Mango, Sliced Strawberries, Candied Pecans & Feta Cheese), rolls, iced tea, water with lemon wedge and Grandma's biscuit with fresh strawberries for dessert.
