Status: LTE 15-20 hours per week for the tax season

Duties:
This position is designed to meet the needs of residents for free income tax filing. This role will develop local partner support, recruit and train volunteers, and oversee the delivery of free tax assistance services in a single county.
The Tax Assistance Coordinator requires some evening and weekend hours primarily during tax season (September-April). This seasonal opportunity is expected to run through April 30, with the ability to return for subsequent seasons (pending performance).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in accounting, business, or human service area plus one or more years of experience in program management, tax preparation, and/or volunteer management; or high school diploma or equivalent plus three years of related experience.
- Moderate proficiency in Office365 Suite at hire. Working knowledge of tax filing software desirable.
