Work site: Marquette Co. Early Learning Center - Oxford, WI
Start Date: August 12, 2026
Starting Pay: $17.10 - $18.81 per hour, depending on experience
Status: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, part year

Duties: Responsible for assisting the Classroom Manager in preparing and conducting lesson plans which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, utilizing developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program’s philosophy and Creative Curriculum.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two - year Associate Degree in Child Care and Development through a technical college and one year of classroom experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5.
- Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or a Registry Level of 6 or greater and two years of experience which includes working directly with children ages 0-5.
Must be able to work effectively with multi-cultural children and families.
